I recently had a couple of excellent experiences with this dealership that are worth sharing. I originally brought my 2017 Silverado 1500 in for transmission work and was fully prepared to spend around $700 on what I thought needed to be done. After dropping it off, Heather called me to discuss why I had requested that particular service. Following our conversation, the technician suggested starting with some software updates and seeing how the transmission responded before proceeding with more expensive work. I trusted their recommendation, and I'm glad I did. The software updates completely resolved the issue—my transmission now shifts like new again, and the final bill was only about $200. While my truck was in the shop, the team also noticed that a brake-related issue I had been experiencing was still covered under warranty. I had been prepared to pay out of pocket for that repair as well, but they completed it at no charge. On both visits, the work was completed quickly, communication was excellent, and I was kept informed throughout the process. Most importantly, I felt like I was given honest advice rather than being sold services I didn't need. With over 20 years of customer service experience myself, I know how important integrity, communication, and professionalism are. This team demonstrated all three. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to return for future service

I recently purchased a used truck from Stetson GMC and not even a week later the truck was having an engine issue. The dealership was fantastic-they arranged a rental truck for me that day and drove it to my workplace for me. The rental vehicle didn't cost me anything, they repaired my vehicle as well at no cost and returned it to my house. I really appreciate how smoothly everything went. Their customer service and commitment to standing behind their vehicles truly stood out. I'd highly recommend them!

We bought a used 2500HD from here, we live 1/2hr SW of Calgary and was taking Tayven’s word on the condition of the truck, we drove our 3 plus hrs to find the truck was everything he said and more. Tayven came in on his Saturday day off to help us, the deal went through seamlessly, and we drove it home that day. Tayven and the entire dealership were an absolute pleasure to deal with!! Definitely worth drive from wherever you may be!!!

Cassy Janishewski ....she is the absolute best. Very disappointed with the service that they “provide”. Set up an appointment weeks ahead of time. Dropped my truck off on my 4 days I have off to get the work done. We had planned for Saturday to look at the truck to see what was needed to get done. Then work on the truck Monday and Tuesday. My truck didn’t move from when I dropped it off until Tuesday. They then gave me every excuse in the book as to why no work got done on the truck. Out of all the work that was needed done they did my back brakes and a simple front end inspection. And a check engine light diagnosis. With a bill at 900 for the work. Valley fleet took my truck in and will get the list of work needed done right away. I’d suggest going to them where they actually have a good customer service and don’t lie to you like they did here.
