# Summary The dealership receives praise for responsive customer service, accommodating scheduling, and a service manager who takes accountability when problems arise, though customers note that service timelines can be inconsistent and prices are sometimes steep. While most experiences highlight professional staff and quality workmanship, at least one customer reported significant delays on a straightforward repair job and frustration with unfulfilled promises.

As we know, things don’t always go as planned. I have purchased six trucks from Stettler Dodge, even though they are a two-hour drive from where I live. I’ve tried to work with the local dealership, but I always leave unsatisfied. Stettler Dodge has never let me down, and their service has always been fantastic. That said, my latest experience did not start out well. After arranging to have my truck serviced, get new tires, and have an alignment done, I dropped it off and was given a loaner. Things started to fall apart from the moment I called to set up the appointment, and the issues continued right up until I picked up my truck. Several items were not completed as expected, and because the round trip is a four-hour loss of my day, I was unable to leave the truck for them to resolve the issues. I left very unhappy and genuinely shocked, as I had never experienced service like this from their dealership. After I arrived home, I received a call from the service manager asking about my experience. His response not only surprised me—it impressed me. His exact words were, “This is on me, and not my team. It is my system that failed you, and I take full responsibility.” As a leader in a multinational organization, I typically hear excuses, not immediate ownership. His leadership stood out instantly. After a brief follow-up with his team, he called me again and asked me to bring the truck back, assuring me that everything was in place to address the original issues. I want to be clear: I have no problem paying for what I asked for, and I do not expect anything for free. I understand mistakes happen, but how we respond and learn from them is what truly makes the difference. When I returned to Stettler Dodge, they were ready for me as soon as I arrived. My truck was taken in immediately, the work was completed within a couple of hours, and there was no additional cost—an appreciated bonus, though not something I expected. The truth is, we all make mistakes. None of us gets it right all the time. But having someone who takes responsibility seriously—someone who owns not only the problem but also the path forward—is rare today. Too often, people hide behind blame or fine print. This service manager chose ownership. I want to thank Stettler Dodge and their team for showing that there are still organizations that truly care about the people who support their business. You demonstrated a lesson that is increasingly lost in this world: the power of taking responsibility. Thank you for your support, your professionalism, and your ownership. This experience reinforces why I have continued to travel to your dealership all these years. No one is expected to be perfect, but your commitment to doing what’s right is what keeps me coming back.

Would recommend their service department if you like them taking 2 days to do a 30 minute job. Had my truck booked in for a wheel hub assembly replacement(literally a 30 minute job) for 2pm on a Monday and it wasn't done until 5pm Tuesday. The cherry on the top is they said they would drop it off at my house on Tuesday and right at closing time phoned me to let me know they wouldn't be doing that. Nice professionalism and customer service! I understand things get busy but what is the point in booking in these small jobs if you just arent going to do them. I wonder how long the complimentary retorque will take? Probably a couple of hours.

Was in need of new fob for my jeep. Service found one for me but price was way way to much. So they suggested get two off amazon and they would program them for me. Later on i ended up getting two and sent email to service and they were booked up and told me days they could fit me in. Days didnt work so they got me in same day i emailed them. Very nice staff and now got two working fobs. Thanks dodge!! 😃😃😃👍👍👍

Service department is good, pricey at times but I know my car is in good hands and I’ve never had any issues with the parts/install. Parts are surprisingly not marked up as bad as some other dealerships and I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off which I’ve honestly come to expect from most dealerships. Warranty on parts installed by them is nice for peace of mind too. Never really been a “fan” of one car manufacturer or another but I swear every Chevy I’ve owned has had far less issues than any other. Biggest issue I’ve come across is apparently the turbo’s like to freeze and that gets pricy just to unthaw 😅
