We purchased a car in October 2025, and within a week it started making a clicking noise. We brought it back for repairs, got it back a week later, and the same issue immediately returned. On top of that, the oil light came on, and we later found out there was a leak spraying oil all over the engine. When we brought it back again, we were told it was the fault of whoever last changed the oil—even though we had no issues until after they worked on the car. The problems continued, and when we returned the vehicle again for the clicking and oil light, they kept it through the holidays with no loaner provided. When we finally got the car back, the clicking noise was still there, the oil light was still on, and now the AC was no longer working. Most recently, they kept the car for two more weeks claiming they fixed the AC hoses, oil hoses, and gasket, and even said they “didn’t hear any clicking”—yet the issue still isn’t fixed. Now, instead of properly resolving the problem, they’re trying to push us into another vehicle. We requested at least our down payment back and were told no because we’ve “had the car 6 months,” when in reality we’ve barely had it due to it constantly being in the shop. To make matters worse, every time we bring the car in, they drive it all the way to Austin for repairs instead of towing it, adding unnecessary miles to the vehicle. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. Poor service, unresolved issues, and no accountability. I would never do business here again.

Overall, overall, I gotta say that they work with you. And even when the vehicles have any issues, they help. You get your vehicle back on the road and work with you as much as possible. So for that reason. I've dealt with them numerous times

I had been working with Jessica for over a week. She did everything she could to help me get my vehicle. We had several hurdles trying to get the vehicle my family and I needed at the price that I needed. After several unsuccessful attempts we were finally able to get the vehicle we needed. This was thanks to Mr. Steve Chapman stepping in and working with me to get me to the price we needed. Thank you very much Jessica and Mr. Chapman for ALL your help. Great customer service and family oriented!!!!

I aided my tenant with car shopping we found what seemed to be a wonderful deal at Steve Chapman Motors. However after money was put down and an application was filed Chapman's manager called the next day to inform my tenant that there was an error and that the amount what's for a different car than we test drove and the price would have doubled with payments of $500 for financing. While Chapman refunded the down payment it was very unethical and unprofessional to breach a legal verbal contract where money was put down. I will not recommend this organization to anyone looking to buy a used car.
