On my way from gilbert to forest lakes my f250 ran out of power, stopped at Steve court ford they took it right in and found the problem quickly, Brian the service manager was very knowledgeable about the diesels they had to remove cab and replace turbo and sensors. Had another problem when I left and they got right on it and fixed it quickly. My truck runs better than it has for a long time! Their diesel mechanics are very good, well pleased!

Took our vehicle to the tire shop for a screw in the tire. After the patch was complete we noticed the vehicle alerting that there was no air in the tire that was just fixed. We asked the tech and there was air in the tire but wasnt reading. The tech used their scan tool and went around the vehicle and said it was reading at 27 ( turned out to be the spare tire pressure that he scanned). I asked if he had reinstalled the sensor and he said he did. Talked to Mark Elsberry about the issue and he said he'd make it right if there was an issue. So we took it to Big O tires and they found that the sensor had been broken off. Notified Mark of the situation snd said he'd call corporate. After almost a week of dodging my calls hes now refusing to reimburse us and stating that we must have broken it off, even though his tech said that he had installed the sensor. So we are out $110 for a repair that steve coury Ford caused and refuse to take accountability for.

I bought a vehicle from there and regret everything. They took over 2 months to get the title work done on the car I bought. The car I bought ended up needing all kinds of work about a week after I bought it. They took it in on trade and washed it and put it on the lot for sale. No oil change no safety inspection didn't even fill the washer fluid. I had to go back to the dealer 3 times to deal with the title on my trade in that they screwed up also. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!! I had the bill of sale. That should have worked just fine. Your manager messed it up twice!!!!!! And I had to drive on expired tags because you would not get my title work done in time. I do not want to discuss this in private I want the world to know how bad of a business you are running!!!!

It took 2 hours to complete an oil change because they ran out of oil, even though I had an appointment so they should have known how much oil to have on hand for that days service needs. I can drive 5 minutes down the road and get my oil changed in 15 minutes so why cant Steve Coury Ford get it right? Its not complicated to determine what parts/supplies you need for that days service needs, you could increase your inventory to ensure you have sufficient parts/supplies on hand for the "basic" services like an oil change. My time is valuable, thats why I made an appointment, I dont want an apology, excuse or discount for a future oil change, just get it right.
