Steve Jones Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT

We were traveling to the Piney River in Bon Aqua, TN from Indiana and my brand-new Dodge Ram with 17k miles on it had rear end suspension issues. Initially it looked like bad news and that we would be stranded for an extra week with no way to get our 5th wheel back home. My service technician John was able to get me a rental car and have the needed parts overnighted to the dealership. The parts didn't arrive until 1pm Friday on the holiday weekend. They were able to have my truck repaired and back to me before they closed for the 4th of July weekend! Great service and effort!

I recently flew in from out of state to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, and I can honestly say the level of customer service I received was outstanding from start to finish. Gauge went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He personally picked me up from the airport, made the long drive back to the dealership, kept constant communication with me during travel delays that were outside my control, and was extremely professional the entire time. Most importantly, he was transparent about the vehicle and never once made me feel pressured into making a purchase. From my first contact with the dealership through final delivery, everyone treated me with professionalism, patience, and respect. That kind of customer service is rare these days, especially when coordinating an out-of-state purchase. While I have experienced a few concerns with the vehicle since bringing it home, I still wanted to leave a review because the way the staff handled everything throughout the buying process genuinely stood out to me. Their willingness to accommodate me and make the experience as smooth as possible deserves recognition. Overall, five stars for customer service, professionalism, communication, and effort. Just pulled into the dealership because my 2026 Ram 3500 gave me a def fault message. John on the service drive was on it! Ran the codes.
