The car buying experience was terrible. The service attitude needs a lot of improvement. They were very friendly when selling the car, but the after-sales service was really not very patient. I regret buying the car now.

Don’t include a stock photo on used vehicles advertising Lifetime Warranty and then say the vehicle is limited on mileage if vehicle has over 100k. False Advertising much? Complete waste of time.

I'm always happy with the service here. The ppl are friendly from start to finish, the waiting area is nice & the snacks are great. I will gladly give 5 stars if/when they get a second alignment station installed. If you're going in for anything tire related, definitely expect a 2 1/2 - 3 hr wait time. Great job overall, though.

All the staff that I have ever encountered are very nice informative and attentive. Never had a bad experience. Mitch Shannon and Yao are amazing guys for the company.
