Went in to buy a car didn’t quite have one car in mind. Kyle did a great job and I felt like I was well taken care of. 10/10 recommend you see him if you’re buying from ford, Honda, or Hyundai.

So pleased with this dealership. One they are friendly, fun and courteous. They help me get the vehicle I've worked my way up to they gave me a great offer on my used vehicle they worked with me in a lot of areas so that I would walk out with a vehicle. No coming back same day no hassle. Sales team, finance team and detail team all did there part. Never felt obligated or rushed I would definitely recommend them if your looking for a reliable, friendly dealership. Good job guy keep up the good work.

Just took delivery of my Mustang, and there’s no one better to work with than Kyle Biller! He helped and guided me through the entire ordering process and all the way until delivery. Very professional throughout and had a couple laughs with him along the way as well. He was always there to answer questions and made the whole experience much more easier. Had a little hiccup because of the new system they had to use, but we were all in it together. I would highly recommend Kyle if you are looking to buy/order any vehicles from them. Thanks again to Kyle and his team for making this such a thrilling experience. Couldn’t be more happier with my new pony!!

Would have loved to leave 5 stars but two things keep it from that. Purchased a used 2021 Acura RDX from Harrisonburg Ford last weekend. First, Kyle Biller does deserve 5 stars. Kyle was easy to work with, communicated when I reached out and answered questions before I made the trip down to see the car. Once there, he went above and beyond to help ID a rattle that turned out to be an easy fix. He also had the service team address a few things we found. Great attitude and walked me through everything. Definitely recommend working with him. Jalen in finance was also able to beat the rate I had from my own bank by a significant amount that reduced my overall cost and monthly payments. I was skeptical because in general, rates are obscene right now. So also, five stars there. Appreciate it! Now for the 3 stars. Paperwork said the service team performed oil change, transmission fluid flush and topped off all fluids. We popped the hood and the windshield wiper fluid was an echo chamber and the antifreeze was maybe 1/10 full. No biggie, but it made me question if they did the other work. My mechanic confirmed today that both the transmission fluid flush and oil change appear to have been completed. Other downside- I fully understand that the car is a 2021 and sold as-is. Signed away at that. However, I missed seeing the separation at the top corner of windshield when I was at the dealership. Noticed it the next day after bringing it home. I would have thought that when the windshield was replaced months ago (July?) that it would have been done correctly and not be separating or come with a repair warranty. My mechanic also immediately zoned in on it and said it would have to be fully replaced. So right out the door, I’m looking at $650 for a new windshield. I’m thinking the dealership mechanics also saw it and said “not my problem.” Lesson learned. All in all, this would probably be 5 stars if I bought a new or certified Ford from them, but I wanted the RDX and saw they had one available.
