I had been aggressively recruited by someone from this dealership in 2025 when I was looking to buy a car. However, when I was then ready to buy upon reaching out, it was radio silence. I ended up buying a 2025 Kia K4 from their competitor Harrisonburg Honda across the street. Immediately after doing this, I was then contacted by the person I'd been trying to reach out to. I told him he'd missed out. Upon totaling my car on Mother's Day this year, I reached out to them again, shared my experience being very transparent. I told them I was going to give them another chance to earn my business. From the beginning everyone was amazing. I was initially texting with Jared & Pamela. Michael Flynn the Sales Manager was AMAZING. Jared wasn't there when I came in on May 30th to get a car so Micheal assigned Mark Valentino as my Salesperson. He was also AMAZING. He found me a 2026 Kia K4 in Red (my favorite color) which happened to be only one on the lot & a special order that usually goes in showroom but hadn't been put in there yet. I told him what my parameters were and he worked above & beyond with both the sales Mgr Michael & the Finance Mgr Sao to make things happen. Sao the Finance Mgr was great also. Explained the process, everything was quick and smooth. Absolutely 💯 made up for the bad experience I'd had in 2025. I even got a red bow 🎀 and photo on my car 🚗 then received a follow up call from Michael on Mon. June 1st. Everything was perfect and I was absolutely 💯 satisfied and happy. Thanks to everyone who helped me in getting my brand new 2026 Kia K4 in red.

This is my second purchase with Audra this year. We spent the day together exactly 11 months apart. Jan 1 and Nov 1. She worked miracles on both occasions.
