Justin Sours was fantastic! I found a 2018 VW Atlas on the website and went in to check it out. Steven Toyota took the initiative to replace a few things ensure I was receiving a high-quality vehicle, which I truly appreciated. While the wait for parts was slightly longer than expected, it was due to shipping delays beyond their control. Justin kept us informed and maintained good communication throughout. Once the vehicle was ready, he even delivered it to me at work, which was above and beyond my expectations!
