I have purchased my vehicles for years from the dealership. I continue to have my vehicles serviced at the dealership thanks to the awesome service advisor Sam. Sam's knowledge and commitment to outstanding customer service has kept me returning to the dealership. I would recommend Stevens Creek Cadillac for the purchase of a vehicle and the service needs for your vehicle. Sam cares about customer satisfaction and demonstrates this ever time I have a service need. The dealership is fortunate to have Sam on the team.

Huge thanks to Sam and the team at Stevens Creek! I picked up my car today from its first service, and Sam made the process incredibly smooth. Coming from a sales background at Google, I’m always paying attention to how people build rapport. Sam’s customer service and knowledge are truly outstanding. It’s rare to find a team where both Sales (shoutout to Maria!) and Service are this aligned on excellence. Even the Service Manager was approachable and friendly. You guys have earned my trust—thanks for making the transition to electric so easy.

We have been customers with this place for over two years. We leased an electric car and have been having problems since day one with their poor management. They wanted to lease us a brand new car with a buying option, but it ended up being a brand new car with a hugely damaged hood. Luckily, before driving off from the dealership, I noticed it and was told that they would take it to the body shop and paint the entire hood. I refused to accept it. I called to lease another vehicle after two years. A salesman named Allen told us that he would hold the vehicle for us to pick up the next day afternoon. We went to pick up the vehicle, and unfortunately, it had been sold to another customer and transferred to the Fremont dealership. We were very upset, and he said his manager, Denise, would help us get another vehicle with the same deal. Unfortunately, there was no inventory available, and he offered us a loaner vehicle with 1200 miles on it. After three hours of waiting, he came to us saying that the bank wouldn't let him lease the vehicle because it was a loaner vehicle. Stop lying to customers! I'm sure you are a professional actor. Don't think customers don't know anything. All staff have been replaced because your team is definitely using tactics to keep lying. This is the reason why the owner of this place keeps replacing staff with new people. This place will never be better and sales will surely drop. Even a few employees who left this place said they didn't like the management. You should avoid this place; don't go there. Stay sharp.

I must say Stevens Creek Cadillac feels like family to me. Everytime I go there I am treated with respect and love. The team here especially Isaac, Ace, Krystal and Kian: the MVPs. I will never leave this place! I love the professionalism here and the banter. It’s a place where they meet your needs and bend the numbers to meet expectations.
