We were interested in a Jeep Grand Cherokee L and had been to two other dealerships looking for "slightly used" with low mileage and definitely a great price. Stopped into Stevens Creek Jeep dealership and was greeted by Samuel. He was knowledgeable, understood our needs, and was patient, making our experience wonderful. I did not want black or older than a 2024. In fact I was adamant!! We drove away with a beautiful, black, 2022, well maintained, beautiful leather interior, with all the features I wanted!!! Samuel is a great salesman! The financing went as we had hoped. It was smooth and we felt taken care of. Shaz the finance guy, he is fabulous!!! Big kudos to him. Great personality, funny, and we could have hung out all afternoon in his office. Overall, our experience with Stevens Creek Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealership was very positive, and enjoyable, and to top it off when I came outside after finishing the lease, Samuel had put a big, white bow on the hood because I had casually mentioned I've never had any dealership ever put a bow on a car I bought!
