Staff are upbeat, friendly, courteous. Seamless from check in to completion of work. They fixed my electronic glitch, showed me pictures of the cause, and gave me a coupon for a car wash. A very good experience; I come here often, and have never had a bad experience. Kudos to this dealership.

To start with the service department the first time I was in did nothing with the car and I spent a whole day without my vehicle. The second time in for service. The service department was great. Mark did a great job of getting me in. There was quite a few things that had to be done so it took quite a while when I purchased a vehicle Jeff G salesman told my wife and I that we had 30,000 points for one and a half oil changes so when I was in, I asked them to change the oil right away and then they told me I didn’t have any points so I went to the salesman and he told me I never said that and he pretty much called my wife and I liars about what he had told us when we purchased a car. We also asked them when we purchased a car is our floor mats and his reply was no they don’t come with the car after I did get home and I ordered $200 for the floor mats weigh and back underneath the floor mats were in there so I give him a one star rating the service department I give a 4 1/2 star rating

Our buying experience went great here but we just had our first service appointment and that went horribly. We were told 3 hours for computer updates, oil change and tire rotation. So we took 2 cars so we could get our shopping done in that 3 hours. They called after 1 hour and said your car is ready. Well we were at lunch so we got there to pick it up when we were done. We pulled up and saw our car sitting in the lot. Dirty. NO CAR WASH. They could care less when we mentioned it. Just handed us our keys and asked for a signature. We get home and start reading the paperwork and it said they DID NOT Even do the tire rotation because they could not find the wheel locks which were in the car by the way. Why would they not call and ask? Why did they not even inform us the service was not done? It’s like amateur hour at their service desk. What a disappointment.
