So after a rocky start with the service department, today was the best experience I have had yet. Everything was easy and taken care of when I came to pick my car up. I was treated with respect and my car is running great. I was able to make my appointment for today, yesterday which was very convenient. I’m glad that things are looking up, maybe it just depends on who you work with and how their day is going as well. Hope future experiences are like today was. Nice and easy.

I can’t recommend Chris Gell enough! I just had a bunch of work done to my 4Runner and it was such a good experience. Chris took the time to explain all the options, kept me updated the entire time, and made sure I understood everything. Great job, Steve finished the customer service service writer for my wife’s venza, and was very courteous, attentive and professional. Been with this dealership for over 20 years , and have seen the good bad and ugly of the service writers and department Steve handled everything great.
