Dropped off my Chevy suv and the guy David was so helpful, professional and such a nice guy. He was doing multiple things at once and still was so polite and fast with the paperwork. You know how sometimes u go in a place and they take their sweet time and takes forever. He even got an Uber which was only literally a 2 mins wait. He seemed very efficient and fast. Loved that!! He should get a raise.

I’m moving and was getting ready to sell my Chevy Bolt EUV when it started making an odd noise so I brought it in. Krystina Del Fava was extremely professional and advised me that whatever it could be, if the warranty could cover it, she would let me know. I was contacted that same day. The odd noise was the transmission going out! They kept the car until the back-order transmission came in and Krystina said she would notify me as soon as it was ready. Krystina continually txt me to check-in with progress reports and apologies for the inconvenience. When I picked up my car, the service department was very courteous, professional and quick. I got my car and when I signed off the bill it was “$0.00!” Covered 100% by my warranty. Great service everyone! Thank you.
