I had an amazing experience at Stivers Ford Birmingham. The staff was friendly, my transaction was fast and smooth. Devin Hutchison, my sales consultant, was amazing! He was professional and helped get me the best deal possible. I 100% recommend this dealer.

I called to see if a Ford Bronco was available. They transferred me to Ethan. Ethan confirmed availability and told me that he would send me a video, which he did. I got off work, drove to Birmingham and Ethan had the vehicle waiting. I ended up switching to a different color and we started working on the deal. Blake with Finance helped and even though it was almost time for them to close, I never felt rushed or like they didn’t want to help me. They had to run a software update on the Bronco and detail it so I wasn’t able to drive it home that night; however, they loaned me one and told me they would finalize everything in the morning and deliver the vehicle to me. Asher with Finance called me the next day because Blake was off and made the transaction so smooth. I signed everything virtually. Ethan delivered my Bronco and picked up the check. It was a very smooth process and everybody was extremely nice to us.

My experience with Stivers Ford of Birmingham was phenomenal, clean establishment and friendly staff. Keeman Poindexter (sales consultant) was excellent, from the time I pulled up for my appointment he helped me every step of the way and my experience exciting and I couldn’t be more happier with my recent purchase. Erica Royal was my first point of contact and won me over with a personalized video of the car before I ever showed any real interest- Brian Baker carried me through the deal! Had a great experience with Brian, never felt pressured or like I was being scammed. Very transparent process and got exactly what I wanted. They were very generous on my trade in. From biting the bullet and agreeing to buy, I was out the door in probably two hours, quick and easy. Can’t recommend Stivers any more, go see Brian!!

Very unprofessional experience at this Ford dealership. I arrived on Saturday to deliver a vehicle. My dispatcher had already confirmed the delivery with their broker, who clearly said Saturday delivery was fine. The dealership itself was open, there were customers inside, and three managers were sitting at their desks. When I approached them, they suddenly told me that deliveries are only accepted Monday through Friday. No explanation, no attempt to help, and honestly it felt like they simply didn’t care. I stood there for several minutes while they barely acknowledged me, as if they couldn’t be bothered to figure out whether I was a customer, a driver delivering a vehicle, or someone picking up a car. One of the managers — a bald gentleman — was particularly rude and dismissive. His tone and attitude were disrespectful and arrogant, as if they were running a luxury Ferrari showroom instead of a Ford dealership. The most absurd part is that after telling me to come back on Monday and after I had already started leaving, one of the managers came outside and ended up taking the vehicle anyway. So apparently it WAS possible — they just chose to treat people poorly first. If this is how they treat partners and people doing business with them, it says a lot about the professionalism of this dealership. Definitely one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had.
