After a recall on my Nautilus, I had a software update done, and shortly after that the check engine light and vehicle warning lights came on. I returned to this service center twice, but they were unable to identify the issue and told me they would have to take apart the hybrid battery to find out what was wrong. I found this unacceptable and decided not to proceed. Instead, I went to a different service center. The other service center told me that the software update had been done completely incorrectly. The fact that they couldn’t even diagnose the problem and instead suggested tearing the vehicle apart is unbelievable. This was an extremely frustrating and terrible experience.

Proceed with caution. Once you buy a vehicle, you'll be very hard pressed to get any response to service requests. We've had a braking issue on our brand new Nautilus since we purchased it. Have taken it back in once, and they did not resolve the issue. Reached out again to schedule to bring it back on January 8th - to no avail. Almost 2 months of texts and calls are met with a response of "we have no loaners" or "we'll call you back". Eeeeekk! Would not buy here again.

I had a computer module that got wet in my tail light and it kept me from having air conditioner, being able to roll my windows down and the radio. Being from the south the air conditioner was the most important thing. When I dropped it off they told me I was up next. 3 weeks went by and called them several times and visited them twice while my truck was sitting there and they took 3 weeks just to hook it up to the computer Diagnostics. I told them when I dropped it off that I would have no way to work and they promised me I was up next. They had no loaner cars and I could not afford to rent a car for $40 a day. I missed 3 weeks of work while they sat around doing nothing and not caring at all about their customers. I almost lost my job because of their lack of desire to work or to even help people. I would never recommend buying from them or taking your vehicle to them to get absolutely anything done! Told them I needed a oil change and a few other things and they did absolutely none of it! 3 weeks and you can't change my oil or even plug a computer diagnostic up to it when you told me I was the next person up when I dropped it off!? There is even a recall on my truck and they still did not acknowledge that even! It was my very first time out of 40 years using a dealership and I will never do it again because the first experience was terrible enough. They don't care to make it right they don't care to do anything that shows or proves or even acts like they care. Do not waste your time with these people because they truly and honestly do not care! I almost lost my job because of these people! They are incapable of doing the least!
