What an amazing experience! We shopped around at several dealerships before finding our way to Stockton Dodge, and I’m so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Billy, one of the sales associates, whose personality and genuine kindness stood out right away. I had my heart set on a Jeep 392, though it initially felt out of reach—even after an $18,000 discount. We tried to make the numbers work that first day, but it just wasn’t the right fit, so we left without making a purchase. After sleeping on it, we decided to come back the next day with a fresh perspective. Even though the dealership was very busy on both days, Billy and the team still spent a great deal of time with us, answering questions and walking us through everything with professionalism and patience. With some adjustments on my end and help from the dealership, we were able to land on a payment plan that made perfect sense. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Daniel was very helpful and professional. He communicated with me daily on the updates of my vehicle and was very thorough with the areas needing service. He even had a fog light replaced at no charge. Daniel is amazing. My car is running smoother & everything needing attention has been fixed. I can stress less now.
