The team at Stonecrest Honda was amazing!! It was time to trade-in my old Accord. Kudos to Mike Matthews, Ed Jackson & Jamel Mitchum. They got me into my brand new 2026 Honda Accord quickly. Last night I purchased a new car for the first time in 16 years, and I ended up driving two hours to this Honda dealership after having a less-than-comfortable experience with another one closer to home. Making that drive turned out to be the right decision. Before leaving the house, I called to confirm the vehicle I wanted was in stock. After we had already started the two-hour drive, I got worried that maybe there had been a miscommunication, so I asked them to double-check that the car was physically there. Instead of acting annoyed, they sent me a video of the salesman sitting in the actual car, telling me they were ready when I arrived. That immediately put me at ease. When I got there, I told them up front that I don’t like sales tactics or manipulation and that I just wanted straightforward, honest dealing. They were exactly that. From the sales rep, to the finance guy, to the prep staff, everyone treated us like family. The whole experience felt relaxed and genuine, which is something I have never said about buying a car before. I actually found myself laughing and enjoying the process, which is not something I thought I’d ever say about a dealership. There was none of the frustration, pressure, or games that I’ve run into at other places. If you’re looking for a Honda and they have what you want, they are absolutely worth the drive, even if you’re not local. Our salesman’s name was Otto, but honestly you couldn’t go wrong with any of them.

I just purchased a 2025 Honda Accord SE and have had the best experience at Stonecrest Honda. Kevin James was my salesperson and was absolutely wonderful to work with. The first car he showed me was the car!!! I highly recommend Stonecrest Honda if you're out shopping for a car! Their Service department is exceptional as well. Working with Jenn and Linsey has been a fantastic experience! They have REALLY made my experience awesome!!!! I will NEVER go to any other Service Department, except Stonecrest Honda Service!!! My new 2017 HONDA CR-V touring with only 46,000 miles on it!!! Mr Mark Shaw is AWESOME! Moved by the Holy spirit, he put me in exactly what I wanted! Although he retired shortly after I was blessed with my cat, I will still say that the entire team at STONECREST HONDA IS AMAZING!!!! Truly family oriented!!! Real aunties and unk vibes!!! We bought my new car about 2 weeks ago, and Randolph and James were phenomenal. We came in the Sunday before to test drive and never felt pressured that day to buy, and went back two days later and was greeted by Randolph on his off day for us to buy the car.
