What a bunch of jokesters at this place. They would not even work with me a little bit. They have had this car since February and they would not even work with me on a price. I wanted to see how they worked as I want to buy my daughter a car too. Oh well they lost 2 sales because of it. I would not use them. They actually added about 3800 to the price. Which I know some was for taxes but not that much

Was referred to Bill Pollack by many friends, he was great to deal with. Sat down and ordered the truck in December and Bill coordinated getting a utility body installed all before I picked it up. Drove it home a few days ago! Entire process was super easy, the price was great up front, no need for back and forth. Great service and communication by Bill and Chris, will definitely continue to buy from them.

I had a disappointing experience here. I came in seriously interested in trading in my vehicle and even took steps to fix the issues they pointed out. However, after following up, I was told they were no longer willing to accept my trade-in, with little explanation or effort to work with me on other options. I understand every dealership has its policies, but I would have appreciated clearer communication and a more helpful approach, especially as a ready buyer. Unfortunately, the experience felt unprofessional and a waste of time.
