Stoops Buick GMC

Had a great buying experience with Stoops this past week. From start to finish, they worked out a solid deal for me on a new 2026 Buick Envision and Brandon was awesome with managing my needs and all the communication throughout the process. Cory did a great job having all my paperwork ready to go when we were ready to close, so a very pleasant and easy experience. I would highly recommend these guys and the Stoop dealership for anyone looking for a new or used car.

Let me tell you how great the people at Stoops Buick GMC are. I showed up because another car lot didn’t even have the car for my appointment so I left and drove to Plainfield because of the warranty they offer. When I got there I was not swarmed by the time I opened my car door. When they seen me walking in they walked out and greeted me and had Steve assist me. I drove 2 different cars and told him to let me have the day to think about it & talk ti my Fiance when he got off work. Steve was very understanding and didn’t send me a bunch of messages or calls. He even wanted to be the one to finish my deal so I made plans to come back on Monday since he left early that Saturday. They were very knowledgeable about all the questions I asked. We’re happy to let me drive all the cars I wanted to see. They understood my situation. They were the easiest car lot I have been to by far and I have been shopping for a month. I would send any one there. They had the car cleaned up and ready to go by the time I had arrived. Also I didn’t have to spend hours there. I was in an out in about an hour which was even better. If your looking for a car go check them out. When I’m ready to make a purchase in the future I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Stoops. Fantastic five star experience!!! The team treated my 80-year-old mother with kindness and understanding and rolled out the red carpet for her. This was a no pressure experience! Tyler took the time to answer all of her questions, and made her feel empowered with knowledge and inclusion in the process. He helped with great financing and details explaining the service agreement. My mother got to test drive two vehicles and she could have test drove more but she even fell in love with the Buick Envista. We got a recent year vehicle with low miles and something she's very comfortable to drive in with a high safety rating. My mother recently leased a vehicle from another dealer out of state and it wasn't a good experience for her and they took her for a lot of money. This experience was very, very reasonable and we got a great deal with a great memorable experience with zero pressure from the dealership. Oh by the way, we came all the way from Flint Michigan to this dealership and we highly recommend it and so does my family. I will be buying from them for my next vehicle! Highly recommend Stoops Buick in Plainfield Indiana for new or used vehicles with a great service department as well. We were lucky to meet the part owner and the family who runs the show, they were a great blessing and fun to chat with.
