The service desk, sales and parts department made me feel comfortable and were all very informative. Kept me up to date with my repair and went out of their way to accommodate. My first new vehicle I purchased was from Stouffville Chrysler and that was over 15 years ago. I never found the need to venture to any other dealership. The staff from sales service and even the receptionist treated me as a family member. The Stouffville team stand behind every vehicle they sell and always have the best interest for their customers at heart. I also use stouffville Chrysler for my business fleet. Their service department always know how important it is to keep our trucks and vans on the road, they always ensure that they are quick and efficient. I am extremely disappointed with this Dodge dealership. I brought my car in to have a wiring issue fixed. They charged me $900 and said the problem was fixed, but in fact, it wasn't. Then they said the problem was completely different and insisted on ordering the part from them. I believed their diagnosis and paid another $1,200 for the part and installation. In the end, the problem was never fixed. When I spoke to the manager, they told me there was nothing more they could do. This experience was unpleasant and expensive. I spent over $2,000, and my car still hasn't been fixed. Very unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.
