My sales associate was Kate and she was wonderful! She was lovely to deal with. She was kind, funny and worked with me to get everything I needed. I would highly recommend seeing Kate for any of your needs if visiting Stouffville Nissan.

Just picked up my second vehicle from Stouffville Nissan, and as was the case the first time around, Jim Kristy and co. made for a great experience. They were especially helpful in dealing with a minor issue with the lease return, which was a demonstration of the great customer service provided by everyone there, from sales to service. I had a very disappointing experience at Stouffville Nissan. During my visit, Dimitri, the sales manager, was rude, unusually aggressive, and unprofessional. This interaction took place in front of two female individuals (one customer and another saleswoman), which made the situation even more uncomfortable and inappropriate. When we asked about pricing and a possible discount, his responses were dismissive and repetitive—for example, repeatedly saying “I don’t want to” and “I like to do it this way,” instead of addressing our questions in a professional manner. This is a serious concern, especially from someone in a leadership role responsible for customer service. This behavior does not reflect the level of professionalism expected in a customer-facing environment in Canada. I hope management reviews this incident and takes appropriate action to ensure customers are treated with respect.

I’ve just leased my fourth Nissan. The team at Stouffville are fantastic. Both Jim and Christy always make the process of picking a new vehicle easy and seamless they go above and beyond. They even fed me lunch when my appointment ran late.!!🤫
