I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my used vehicle from Stouffville Toyota. They were upfront and honest with me throughout the process and were more than accommodating to assist me in getting my vehicle, even though it wasn’t a Toyota vehicle. Even after driving my vehicle home and having some difficulties, they were still very caring and attentive to getting me the support and service I needed to make me feel confident in my used vehicle. Most dealerships wouldn’t even pick up your call once you drive off the lot. I had the pleasure of working with Chad and Julia during my experience. What a lovely experience! My partner picked out his vehicle with ease and when we went to pick it up it was a seamless process. Insurance took a while but Beth was incredibly patient and a joy to get to know. Facility was very clean and other staff were eager to answer any questions you may have. Stouffville Toyota took something that can be very stressful and actually made it fun. I have a feeling we will be life long customers.

My family picked up our new 2026 Corolla Cross Hybrid SE today January 31, 2026. We had waited about 6 months for it but it was worth the wait. The car drives great and we are still learning about all the features. I want thank Beth and Tyler for making this purchase so smooth and enjoyable!

I had the absolute best experience working with Stella & Ali! Both of them worked incredibly hard to make sure I was satisfied with my decision as a first time car owner! They had patience as I test drove, asked questions, and educated me on everything I needed to know when purchasing! Stella spent time with me walking through all the cars features and made sure I left the lot fully equipped :)
