Levi was my sales guy and he was awesome to deal with. Honest, super helpful and made everything straightforward. Upon arrival at this dealership, we felt welcomed by all staff. We had visited other dealerships before Stouffville Volkswagen during the week prior, but Levi was the only Product Specialist that was able to assist us with the best service overall. He was very efficient and extremely customer service oriented, rather than having us wait for the appointment before ours, to finish; he provided us with the opportunity to explore the features of the 2026 Atlas on our own and test drive the vehicle. Once we returned, he was ready to show us the available 2026 Atlas models on the lot. The entire process of leasing the Atlas was stress-free, enjoyable and quick, unlike most of my previous experiences. He went beyond what most Product Specialists would do and ensured we were happy. Both the Sales Manager (Daniel) and the Assistant Sales Manager (Mario) had also introduced themselves and they were extremely friendly, which contributed to making the experience pleasant. On the day of our vehicle pickup, Levi had followed up to confirm our pickup time and provided a reminder of the documentation required. Once we arrived at the dealership he provided a walk-thru of the new vehicle features and answered any questions we had. Our experience with the Finance Manager (Marivic) was also positive. She had provided us details on the vehicle packages but there was no major pressure on purchasing, unlike most other dealerships. As a customer who has leased quite a few vehicles in the past, what contributes towards a bad experience is being pressured into purchasing a package when we’ve decided to not move forward with it. Therefore, it was nice to not have to repeatedly decline the purchase of a package. After we picked up our vehicle, Levi had then followed up to ensure all was well. Based on our overall experience, we will be returning for future purchases and we highly recommend Stouffville VW to all.
