Edited: I originally gave a great review based on the promises made during my purchase of a Toyota Highlander. I was assured the damaged door rubber and sunglass visor compartment would be repaired or replaced. For months, I kept following up, but all I received were false promises, delayed callbacks, and complete disappointment from the sales team and management. Very poor after-sale service. Old review at the time of purchase: I had a great experience working with Mario while purchasing my 2020 Toyota Highlander.
