# Summary The dealership receives polarized reviews, with satisfied customers praising helpful staff and smooth purchasing experiences, while dissatisfied customers report serious concerns including unauthorized credit pulls, alleged document falsification, and sales practices that allegedly took advantage of inexperienced buyers. The stark contrast between five-star and one-star ratings suggests significant inconsistency in customer service and sales practices across transactions.
I put an online inquiry about a vehicle. Sales member reached out to me over phone. She started asking some general questions. When I noticed something wrong; I clearly said I don’t give my consent to pull my credit. She said she’s not doing it. After checking online my account; I found out that she lied and pulled my credit anyway. I am still looking for a vehicle but definitely staying away from this type of Sales team.
We purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee in December from Straightline and unfortunately it was involved in an motor vehicle accident in February. Our sales staff Zade and the managers were very helpful in the process of dealing with insurances and banking and made picking out our new Jeep Grand Cherokee very pleasant. I would recommend if you are in the market for a new vehicle to go see the staff at Straightline. We love our new Jeep. Thanks everyone at Straightline!
Great place to buy a vehicle from
They scammed my spouse and took complete advantage of him lies, falsifying documents and copy & pasting his signature. Jake was his sales guy who knew he’d never bought a car before and made him believe after the 3 years he’d own the car. To find out it was all lies and they now want 20,0000$ to pay it out. For a used broken down won’t even drive transmission we believe they knew was faulty & on its last legs when they sold it to him. Took complete advantage of him and his lack of knowledge of how car leases and loans are done. He trusted what they told him. Don’t trust any of Straightlines 6 dealerships! The Fort Saskatchewan dealership he bought his Kia from is now called RIVER VALLEY CHRYSLER ( all same staff ) - they are aware they committed fraud and don’t care what’s coming with as many community Facebook page posts in an around Edmonton revealing the fraudsters they are. The Ombudsman is being involved next. Then Kings Bench Court!
