Straightline Volkswagen Medicine Hat has been nothing but amazing. The minute my husband and I walked in we were greeted with the outmost respect. Our sales lady we had Chloe was amazing, the amount of times she had to walk back and forth to talk to the manager on our behalf was unbelievable, we were treated like humans and not just a sale. Ended up stranded in Medicine Hat with a broken down vehicle. Long story short, ended up buying a new Taos at Straightline VW. Excellent experience all around—Daniel in sales, Connor in loans, Justin… Very flexible in making a deal. Great at following up.
