We just had our new to us Subaru Forester delivered to us this morning! Our experience dealing with Jess was awesome! She was very knowledgeable, personable and she had a fun sense of humour which we truly enjoyed! She was patient and since we take a while to make up our minds that was appreciated. Neither of us felt any pressure at any time to 'make a deal' which is important to us both. The staff were friendly, Karen was helpful and our car looks great! Thanks to Jess teaching us the ins and outs of the settings we will enjoy touring around. :)

The experience was smooth and while I awaited delivery I was kept up to date with arrival times. The sales team made this process easy for me and I am very impressed. We unexpectedly had to replace our car over Easter. Greg got us a good deal for our trade in and Catherine was an excellent salesperson. The entire process was very smooth, and the team worked quickly to get us on the road within two days. We don't plan to buy another car for awhile, but Stratford Subaru will definitely be our first choice. The experience was so much more enjoyable than the last time we worked with a big city dealer!

Well worth a three hour round trip. I have been researching a new car for weeks and reading how to deal with a dealership. We just purchased a new Subaru from Brett Hodgkinson and Jason Nevin at Stratford Subaru. Finally found an honest and straightforward team. These two were straight up and honest with pricing of both the new car and trade in . No hidden fees that every other dealership that I contacted was trying to hide and manipulate. I just read that Subaru has moved to the top of the list for reliability even taking over for Toyota so that is a plus. It is a comfortable feeling to know that you have not been duped and tricked by a sly and shady sales team. All my homework was worth while !
