Thank you Cody Miller. My wife and I were considering buying something fun. We came across a 2021 Jeep Wrangler. I contacted Cody to arrange a test drive. Everything was placed at my convenience. We arrived and after a brief conversation he threw me the keys and told me to check it out. Told me to take my time and we’d chat when I brought it back. We put it through the paces and decided it was a good fit. We came back negotiated a price and the deal was done. At no time during this entire process did I feel pressured or frustrated. I just bought a new F-150 from Strathmore Ford. They were absolutely fantastic to deal with. I’ve bought a lot of new cars and trucks over the years, and I can honestly say buying from them was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new vehicle. I’ve always dreaded buying a new cars because I simply can’t stand some of these sales teams at most dealerships. If you’ve ever shopped for a new vehicle you’ve likely had similar experiences to mine. Pushy salesmen that just want to lock down the deal. Sales managers that can be rude or try to make you feel stupid if you don’t take their horrible offers. And Finance managers that try to squeeze in as many extras as possible to drive the final selling price up as high as they can get away with. I could go on but I know I’m not the only one who has dealt with the infuriating process of buying a new vehicle. Buying a new car or truck should be fun and exciting. But those dealerships in the city really do a good job of sucking the joy out of it. My experience with Strathmore Ford was the polar opposite of every dealership I’ve ever dealt with. My salesman Gilbert was great. He took me on the longest test dive I’ve ever taken. He really took the time to show me all the features and gave me the time to get to know the vehicle. The sales manager Brett was awesome. He wasn’t pushy or trying to get the deal locked down. I came in with a price I wanted to pay he took the time to work with me to get the truck down to a price I wanted. At no point did I feel I was being pressured by any of the staff. They were there simply to get me into my new truck at a price I was comfortable with. I spent a lot of time shopping around in Calgary before I went out to Strathmore Ford to get the best price possible and Brett was able to beat them by a few thousand dollars. So it was well worth the drive out there. Not to mention that it was actually an enjoyable experience like it’s suppose to be. Now on to the finance manage Lori. She was Fantastic! She didn’t try to sell me all the extras. She covered them all but at no point was I pressured to buy the extended warranties and all the add ons. She really went above and beyond. Even when it was her weekend off she was helping by answering any questions I had and taking my phone calls. I know this review was long winded but it had to be said. I had no idea that buying a new car can actually be an enjoyable experience. The entire staff I dealt with at Strathmore Ford was great. Just regular down to earth people that are genuine and there to serve you. My wife’s car lease is up early next year and I know where I’ll be going to buy her new car. I think she has her eyes on that new Bronco!

Update. I tried to give this place a second chance and that was an absolute mistake. Took my vehicle there to get a recall taken care. During the time my vehicle was in the shop my battery supposedly died and they had to boost it. Not once have I had any issues with the battery until I brought it in, my mechanic who did my oil change not even 2 months prior tested it and came back at 80% but according to them my battery was bad and I needed a new one. Lying to try an up sale because I wasnt paying anything for a recall fix after we looked at the engine immediately after my appointment and the battery was caked in dust with 0 signs of being touched. The first time we took it in was to get them to diagnose why my front seats head and cooled functions dont work. They refused to do that and said the pads needed to be replaced and would be $1500/seat. I left a feedback review and they couldnt even contact to correct person they called my dad and the first words out of the ladies mouth were that my feedback review looks bad on them and they want me to change it. You couldnt even call the correct person, even after I had the girl in the shop change the info that the vehicle was now in my name and had her change the contract info to mine. I find out today they have managed to remove it to make themselves look better. When the next recall fix on my vehicle is available I will 100% being taking it to another Ford. I will never be back to this location.

I had a great experience with Strathmore ford. Aimee Banks was a wonderful sales representative. She was able to get me the vehicle I wanted very quickly and made sure I was taken care of in the process of buying my vehicle. Very happy, everyone was very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I just bought a good secondhand Rav 4 from the dealership in town. Darrian Navarro (sales) and Albert Espinosa (finance) handled things for us. Shoutout to Chris the manager as well! Great team. We'd definitely go back to look for a vehicle there again next time we need one.
