I Bought a 2026 Corolla Cross, November 4, 2025 All staff is always Helpful. JENNIFER Caporale Professional, Compassionate. It was always about what I wanted with her. She never pressured. We did several test drives and she answered my questions all through the parking lot with all vehicles. I gave her the bottom line of what I wanted to spend. SHE NAILED IT. I Want to encourage all of Amarillo to support Our Car Dealer ships and not to have them shipped in . We need to Support our local.

John Bennett made my experience so easy! We did everything over text and I came to Amarillo the next day and picked up the car! They are military friendly and I never once felt pressured or like I got a bad deal! I financed through Toyota and got a good rate and everything was just seamless! John had the car washed, cleaned and filled with gas! While I finalized the financing he transferred all my stuff for me to my new car! I can’t say enough good things! This has been the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! We will be back if we decide to buy another car! Thanks so much John!

So I'm not gonna beat up on the service dept. Like some other ignorant people who just don't understand how hard their jobs are, BUT mistakes were made from service, and to their credit they admitted and tried to fix it, but failed. I am giving 3 stars because I know the service dept. Was hammered that day and they probably just wanted to cleanup my mess as quickly as they could in order to service the long line of customers that day. If it was a slow day, and they knew what my vehicle needed and did the same job...1 star. I have dealt with 17 different dealership service dept. In my history of buying vehicles, so I what they deal with. I praise them for helping young high schoolers learn a trade, but eyes need to be on them closely when changing oil in the vehicle I purchased, oil was spilled all over the driver side engine bay and the cleanup wasn't done right, the vehicle was smoking badly from oil dripping on the exhaust manifold. They tried to clean it but to do it right the undercarriage plastic engine protection needed to be removed and the battery needed to be removed and battery Tray along with undercarriage needed to be power washed. I ended up having to do all of it myself. I would have preferred the vehicle just stay as long as needed in service and have them do the work correctly. Overall, I'm happy with the vehicle and the detail work on the whole vehicle overall was beautifully done. I will continue using and trusting this service dept. Just keep a closer eye on new people.

Took my Ferrari into Street Toyota because the front seat stopped operating. They quickly identified the issue, made the necessary repair and had me back in the now working seat in no time. Great service, great Dealership and fantastic people! I’m a Street Toyota customer for life… you should be too!!!!
