# Summary The dealership earns consistent praise for its sales staff, who are described as professional, patient, and non-pushy, creating a welcoming experience that keeps customers returning for future purchases. However, service department experiences are mixed, with one customer reporting frustration over misdiagnosed issues, unnecessary repairs, and unresolved mechanical problems that left them with less confidence in their vehicle.
This is my 3rd Nissan in 6 months, from here & We ALWAYS deal w Joey Gearhart - he’s awesome! Well mannered. Never pushy! Always professional & patient. He went the extra mile & actually Found the exact car I wanted!! Everyone there is amazing! Always treated like family! I won’t buy anywhere else! We have looked elsewhere (had considered something other than Nissan this time) but after dealing with Stuckey, we were truly amazed at how pushy other dealerships are in comparison! They have us spoiled. We are customers for life! We are looking for one more used vehicle for our son && will absolutely buy it from Mr. Gearhart.
We recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue and had an excellent buying experience with Brett Hockenberry. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful as he patiently moved us through the process. The entire Stuckey Nissan team was a pleasure to work with, and we are very pleased with our vehicle!
Thanks to Kurtis at Stuckey Nissan I was able to purchase my first newer car under my name in 7 years. Having been so long, for me this was a very personal and special day. So I couldn’t be more happier with how smoothly everything went even tho I may have came a little under prepared and last minute, Kurtis was on top of the ball. And for it being a big day for me he seemed just as excited as I was and that’s what really made this a great and lovely experience!
Brought in for a simple issue, left with more problems and less trust. I brought my 2023 Nissan Sentra (65k miles, all maintenance done at the dealership) in for a routine inspection. The only issue I was aware of was a noise from the axles, which I clearly explained and asked for a proper diagnosis. First, I want to mention that the front desk staff were polite and professional. I had no issues with their customer service. However, the service experience itself was very disappointing. They initially told me I needed a left axle, battery, and wipers for inspection. I had just replaced the wipers a week earlier, and after I mentioned it, they admitted it was a mistake. I replaced the battery and license plate light myself and returned. Then they claimed new issues (rear brake light and headlight) that were not mentioned the day before. After addressing those, I postponed the axle repair due to cost and took the car back. At that point, the car was in much worse condition than before. What was previously just a minor noise turned into strong vibration and difficulty steering, making the car very uncomfortable to drive. It felt like something may not have been properly reassembled. I brought it back and asked them to check both axles carefully. Instead, they added unrelated services like fuel system cleaning, which I declined. After replacing the left axle, they told me the right axle was also faulty — even though I had asked from the beginning to check both sides. The noise is still not fully resolved after the repair. I chose an authorized dealership expecting reliable, solution-oriented service and quality workmanship. Instead, this experience has been frustrating, and I’ve started to lose confidence in my own vehicle because of it. At this point, I honestly feel like I’m beginning to dislike driving my car. Considering the outcome, I believe I could have received better results at a regular independent shop, possibly at a much lower cost.
Kurtis met me in the parking lot before even walking in. He was super personable! I was stuck between 2 choices and he insists on asking the manager to let me take the car to lunch, gave me enough time to think and make up my mind! Highly recommend Stuckey Nissan & Kurtis!
