Terrible service. They treat you like they do not need you. In fact, they are there just because we bought their cars so they should serve you. I do not believe how they let someone at the telephone line to answer their clients so impolite like the woman at the services department. Go and find something else to do with your life, you are clearly not doing your job
Super satisfied with my experience at Subaru Brossard thanks to Alexandre Vezina! I tried yo purchase my vehicle from the Pare location and des Sources out of convenience but was greatly disappointed. Alexandre turned what was initially a very disappointing experience to a very positive seemless process! If you’re looking to get a new Subaru Alex is your guy! He’s SUPER professional, knowledgeable and HONEST! Thank you Alex for everything!

The staff is absolutely lovely and amazing. They’re always so helpful, although I can’t say the same for the director. I truly had an horrible experience, he was very condescending and made me feel like shit. In the past, I’ve had troubles with having the right parts of my car repaired. They replaced something without my consent, I waited almost 2years to have a piece ordered and installed on my vehicle, and other issues. After my lease is up, I will not be going back and I strongly discourage anyone from buying a car there, due to their horrible after sale services.
