I purchased my first car from this dealership, and I am so happy I listened to my friend's suggestion to reach out to Kristian. He is an amazing sales man. We went on a thorough test drive, he spoke with words I could understand, and he was there from the beginning til the end. Not once did I feel pressured to make a decision. Kasie was my finance manager. I have never purchased a car before, this was my first car (big purchase really), and I have never felt so secure to buy something so expensive lol. She made sure I fully understood what I was buying. Document to document. I even brought my mom when I was signing the important stuff, and we left without questions. Overall I had an amazing experience, and I don't have any buyers remorse lol.

I went to Subaru City to purchase my first car. Dominic Hall was very helpful in finding a used vehicle that met my budget and other features I was looking for. The staff team was also very accommodating with staying later so I could make the deal. I ended up going with a used 2017 Hyundai Santa FE ultimate and have used it for 3 months so far and driven about 4,000km. It has worked very well for me and I haven't encountered any issues at all. It has done quite well even on rough backcountry roads. There was a smaller initial problem right after purchase with the automatic fuel door but Subaru City was great at getting that dealt with quickly free of charge. I would recommend Subaru City to first time buyers and others looking to get a new vehicle. I found it was helpful to browse their selection online and come in with a few vehicles you had in mind to test out. The staff are great with finding a vehicle that meets what you are looking for! If you’re looking for a dealership that actually cares about you after you sign the papers, go to Subaru City and ask for Kristian (and Eric). I went in to look at a used Jeep, but it sold while I was out on the test drive. Since my brother and I were already there, we decided to look at a Subaru—something I hadn't even considered before. Kristian was amazing throughout the pivot. He was never pushy and genuinely wanted to find the right fit for me. To make the vehicle fit my exact budget, Eric in finance stepped up with a highly creative solution to make the numbers work. When looking at protections and add-ons, Kristian was completely transparent about the pros and cons, even telling me what I didn't need right away. The communication while waiting for the car to arrive was excellent, and their problem-solving is next-level. When the registry found a VIN error on my lease paperwork, Kristian took care of the entire registration process for me so I didn't have to stress. Most importantly, the incredible service has continued for weeks after the sale. Kristian and Eric are still helping me out and checking in. They treat you like a valued customer, not just a quota. Highly recommend!
