Subaru Evergreen Park

Bought a preowned car from them for $10.5k at 65k miles about 4 months ago. Nothings been inspected or done to it in that time since I figured they’d do some sort of inspection to make sure they’re reselling road-worthy preowned cars at the 5-figure price they ask for. Come to find out while doing front tires, the front subframe has a good chunk missing from it due to rust. Salesman was great and attentive but vehicles they sell at +$10k should at least get a pre purchase inspection or something to prevent rip-offs and hazards like this on cars that sit on their lot for sale.

She walked us through the entire process step by step, answered all my questions, and never pressured me into making a decision. She really took the time to accommodate my needs and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I honestly walked in not expecting anything in particular, and ended up walking out with my brand new 2026 Subaru Solterra! Their prices are very reasonable and the customer service was outstanding. The financing team was extremely helpful with breaking down the price and explaining the overall cost.
