Subaru Lakeland

Lakeland Subaru is amazing! I was in the market for a new car in November 2025 after my Chevy Equinox was totaled from a side impact crash on I4 that happened at the end of October. My husband and I had always wanted a Subaru but never imagined we would actually own one! Once we received the total loss payout, the search began. Most dealerships laughed us out of their office when we told them we would like to purchase a "new" vehicle instead of pre-owned(which is what my Equinox was when I bought it in 2014). Barney Hall at Lakeland Subaru was amazing from start to finish...and while we originally wanted the Forester, Barney was able to get us the Crosstrek at the price point we wanted! We bought "Sassy" with 64 miles on her and we just had our first 6,000 mile oil change on Friday February 20, 2026! The process was so simple and easy and they washed her too! I totally recommend Lakeland Subaru! The pictures are from the day we brought her home, I didn't take pictures of her when i picked her up from Service the other day. I also loved that we received a Subaru trunk organizer, the subaru sunshade, subaru roadside kit, subaru first aid kit, Subaru tire lock set, and I received a Subaru Cup at time of Purchase! Woo-hoo! We are now part of the Subaru family and so very glad that we are!

I purchased my first Subaru 14 years ago from another dealership. It had been mainly maintained by Subaru Lakeland. It came a time that the engine needed more work than it was worth putting the money into it. I had just buried my sister and my emotions were very raw, that my beloved car was beyond what I could afford to fix. GM Jon Siegel Came over to us and told us that’s a oil leak was so bad he didn’t want us to drive home. He set us up with his trade up manager, Louis Hepburn. We looked at several cars we kicked around prices and we came upon a 2025 dealer service vehicle that was the same color as my beloved original Subaru. We test drove one or two until I had my heart set on the 2025 Subaru outback. We went through several scenarios, and then we went in and met with Jessica the finance manager. She was caring, genuine, and walked us through all the options for extended warranty and tire and wheel protection. Thankfully, we had great credit and got .9 financing, which is awesome for a retired couple that didn’t really expect a car payment at this time of our lives. The service department has always been awesome and when I came back to drop off my keys and pick up my closet floor mats, everybody was wonderful I felt very special and very relieved that I can depend on Subaru of Lakeland to take care of all of my newer cars needs.

Yes, we did it. Finally bought that Forester we have been wanting. And it's Hybrid!! Darrell Rodgers was very helpful. We never felt pressured into anything and we were treated fairly. Jessica in the business office was awesome as well! We will be back again when we need another Subaru!! Great experience!! Thank you all!!

The people are courteous and friendly. I interacted with Adam in the Servive Dept., a gentleman that did a ride along with me, to hear and feel the issues I was having, the young man who picked me up and took me to the dealership to pick up a loaner while my vehicle was being repaired, and even the young lady that brought the loaner up and handed me the keys, had a smile on her face. They all gave me the feeling that my issue was important and they were going to do their best to resolve it. Within a day, I received a video that showed where and what work needed to be done. I really appreciated that. Adam, called and answered any questions I had and provided me a price and timeframe for the work to be completed. When the work was going to take a little longer than anticipated, I received a call, from Adam to let me know. Called when it was ready. Picked up my vehicle and it is running great! This type of hassle-free, exceptional service is not always experienced by the customer. Thank you so much.
