Subaru New Richmond

I’ve had multiple Subarus serviced there. I’ve been at the dealership about six or seven times. The service has always been good. The staff I’ve dealt with (sales, front desk, and parts) are professional, helpful, and polite. I’d be happy to buy another Subaru there.

Changing reciew as after car sold did not follow up, lied about subaru care across provinces and didnt follow up for emails for billing and payment details.

Even though I live in the city, I made a point of returning to my hometown to do business with Subaru New Richmond, because you never feel like just a number there. I received excellent, prompt, and attentive service from Daniel Corbeil, despite the urgent circumstances. His professionalism and availability truly made all the difference. Congratulations to the Leblanc brothers for their wonderful dealership and the welcoming atmosphere they've created. And if you haven't already, I highly recommend watching their documentary, "15 Years of Synchro!"
