Don't let the extended warranty guy or the manager get the better of you, and you'll do fine. I would buy another car from Jon, any day. In my case, the smooth process began with the general manager - James Smith - who set up an appointment time. Then Quinton met me at the door, greeted me by name and offered thorough details about vehicles and options. The Crosstrek model was the best choice for me. Then the finance wizard (Brent) was fun, helpful and professional as he guided me through the maze of payment options and paperwork. Finally the service manager (Mark) briefly introduced himself and assured me that he and his department were always available to answer questions and to keep the vehicle in great condition. Excellent service! Whenever we visit our daughter we offer to have her Subaru serviced since she lives far from the dealership and work keeps her too busy. We scheduled the appointment 48 hours before flying down from Massachusetts. We were thankful to snag one which included a brand new loaner. 90k mile service completed and a repair which required part replacement. Great communication throughout! The car drove like a brand new model after service. Subaru of Decatur is 90 minutes from our daughter’s house but their service advisors and technicians are outstanding. Thank you!
