Subaru of Hamilton

I had a great experience at Subaru Hamilton finding my new Used 2024 Cross trek. I texted my wish list to Chris and he had the car warmed up and ready to go. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me as he answered my many, many questions about the electronics and mechanics of the car. My last car was very old and manual, certainly didn’t have all the options that the Subaru limited have now. I never felt pressured, and was given the time to test drive some vehicles until I could figure out which car was the right one for me. Michael in financing was also very personable. He made the purchasing process very efficient. I had 4 different dealerships lined up to visit that day. Subaru Hamilton was my first stop. There was no need to search any further. Their selection and service was great. I love my Sun blazed pearl Orange Crosstrek! I’m getting lots of compliments on the colour. I am looking forward to getting all my Crosstrek accessories for hauling my kayak and Ebike around on all my adventures. The Crosstrek is great as it will be low enough for lifting my kayak on the roof and high enough to raise my heavy Ebike off the ground. Currently, I am using my AWD drive after being storm stayed over Christmas when 75 cm dumped on us near Lake Huron.

No surprise here—once again, Hamilton Subaru absolutely shines when it comes to sales and customer service. I had the pleasure of working with **Dalton Storoschuk**, one of their more recent team members and from the very first test drive to sealing the deal with my new car, the experience was outstanding. Dalton is everything you hope for in a salesperson: knowledgeable, patient, transparent and completely no-pressure. He made what can often be a stressful process feel seamless, comfortable, and genuinely fun. It’s clear he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Dalton is a huge asset to the Hamilton Subaru team and I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. This is exactly how car buying *should* feel. I'd like to also give a 5 star shout out to their finance manager, Shreya Soni for making my journey seamless. It's obvious she puts her heart and soul into her customer service. Oh, and I should also mention : This Subaru dealership may just have * THE * best and most elaborate coffee machine in Ontario. It rocks! You can get any gourmet coffee you want...Free and Fabulous!

Just picked up my WRX from Subaru Hamilton and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, Dalton Storoschuk made everything smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable, which says a lot when it comes to buying a car. Dalton was super knowledgeable about the WRX, and even other car models. He answered all my questions without any pressure, and really took the time to make sure I felt confident in my decision. He was upfront, honest, and genuinely cared about getting me into the right car rather than just making a sale. He went over all of the packages with the car, and worked out a price that was reasonable based off of the amazing deal I was truly getting. The whole process was quick, transparent, and professional. If you’re thinking about getting a Subaru, I highly recommend asking for Dalton at Subaru Hamilton. 10/10 experience, would come back every time.

What a great team! Michael in finance was a delight, and the Delivery Coordinator Alan was super insightful. My car has so many features I didn’t even know about! Will recommend to anyone looking for a Subaru: we drove from Markham to work with this team!
