Today i brought my 2020 subaru in for service. My service advisor Pat Conrad was pleasant and went above and beyond to help me. After the service she advised me that the tpms sensors had to be replaced. After some research by her she was able to get them taken care of. This was the most pleasant service visit I have had at a dealership. If you own a Subaru in Jacksonville, take it to Subaru of Jacksonville and see Pat. She will take good care of you.

My husband and I arrive at Subaru in.We met with a sweet young man by the name of Bryan maguire he was very attentive to everything we were asking him. He made our visit very special, made us feel like family and the rest of the team also treated us with respect and love and care. Everyone made sure we had everything we need and I am so excited. Went into buy a WRX and had a great experience with Devin my sales guy. The finance guy was also fair and on a whole the experience was great. I might of spent a little more than I wanted but they worked with me and I thought I got a pretty fair deal. My only problem was the bait and switch on there website saying " get a price for your trade in" that only led to like a 100 messages and emails. Funny thing is they needed to see my trade in before they could give me price and when I brought it in the guy just got my vin# and said here's what we give you. Never even looked at. Other than that overall it was a great experience. Would recommend.

Mike Needham in service was excellent. He was professional, communicative, and clearly takes pride in his work. The individuals who are still there are working hard and deserve recognition. I’ve been a long-time SOJAX customer, and this dealership used to be known for having a high-performing, experienced team that genuinely cared about the Jacksonville community and consistently gave back. It was a place built on relationships, loyalty, and strong leadership. Since the ownership change, most of that long-tenured team has been let go. It’s unfortunate to see a high-performing, community-rooted team broken apart despite its success. The dealership may still carry the same name, but it does not feel like the same place. The people who remain are clearly doing their best, and I imagine that has not been easy given the significant culture shift they’ve had to navigate. You can absolutely feel the difference.
