I had an exceptional experience at Subaru of Lethbridge, starting with the warm welcome from the friendly and knowledgeable staff in the service lane. The highlight of my visit was the shuttle ride with Courtesy Driver Mick Pariseau, who was outstanding. He not only assisted me with the bags I was carrying, but also engaged me in fantastic conversation, showcasing his kind and generous nature. It was clear that he had a background in teaching, which made the ride even more interesting and enjoyable. Mick's attentiveness reassured me that my vehicle was in capable hands. Joe in sales was great to deal with over my lease up until the end. He was even able to get me a wrx test drive this past summer when other dealers in Calgary would not allow it. Well worth the travel for anyone outside of Lethbridge thinking of a new Subaru

10/10 as far as customer support and parts go. Went in for a genuine subaru oil filter and an oil pressure switch which to my surprise they already had in stock. The parts guy was kind and swift with his work. Price was high yes, but it would have been the same online after shipping regardless. 🙌 I'm coming back for parts in the future for sure. (And to peek at all the shiny toys in the lot 😆)

I highly recommend Subaru of lethbridge for the best possible customer experience. Kirk and Conner were amazing 👏. Today, we picked up our 2023 Subaru crosstrek. They had the vehicle in the showroom for us 😀. In addition to the vehicle, we purchased an extended warranty from Conner and cross rails from the parts department. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and pleasant.

We appreciated Sales associate Joe approach to selling the vehicle! Zero pressure, zero twisting arms, zero manipulation. He really let the 2026 Crosstrek sell itself! This wasnt the case at the other 7 dealerships attended to in the decision process, not all of them, just a few. While we found a couple features not present after we drove away that were never officially discussed, just presumed they existed, and surprised when they were not (specifically an attached garage door opener and sunglasses storage area) - we are thrilled to date with our purchase. Online youtube videos all about this 'Subie' - were also instrumental in the sales process confirming both amazing assets of our purchase - and things to watch for in the days ahead. Highly recommend spending a few hours watching! Maybe it is just me as I am just much more detail oriented and careful when investing that kind of money into a new vehicle. I am hopeful the service department in the days ahead are as good as the sales process.
