Subaru of Loveland

My experience here was beyond what I could have expected when purchasing a car. I unfortunately had to get a new car because of a car accident that totaled my other one. I want to another dealership and let’s just say that experience was not comforting in the idea of making a big purchase as I am a full time student and don’t work much as was being pushed to make decisions I did not feel comfortable with. However my sister told me to go to Subaru of Loveland where she got her car (2023 Forester) just to go look. I want in there expecting to feel the same dread wash over me and leave with nothing. But I sat down with Brandon told him my situation and how the experience went at the other deal ship and he said he would help me find a car in my price range and not pressure me on anything. I looked at a used 2015 Forester and fell in love with it. It had 1 flat tire and he made sure i got all new tires, they replaced the battery, did an oil change, got new rear break on for me and more that I was not expecting. I am forever grateful that I found a car that is reliable and exactly what I was looking for. If you are looking for a car I recommend Subaru of Loveland!!

I had nothing but a great experience at Loveland Subaru! They were able to offer me a competitive price for a Crosstrek compared to Longmont and Aurora dealerships. I communicated with the sales team completely over text and they were professional, prompt, and communicative. Showing up to pick up my car was easy and exciting. Joel was very helpful in explaining all the features of my new car. Jonah the sales manager was easy to work with, I was not pressured in anyway to opt-in to unnecessary upgrades or programs. Overall, a great experience!

I recently moved to Colorado and needed the remote start activated on my 2024 Subaru Outback. After getting overcharged by another mechanic for the installation and receiving incredibly high quotes from other dealerships for the activation, Subaru of Loveland was a breath of fresh air. The staff is highly professional, they got the job done quickly, and I actually ended up paying less than my initial quote! They even included a curtesy free car wash. Their honesty and dedication to customer service are unmatched. They’ve gained a lifetime customer, and I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Subaru Of Loveland! Nic Portz was the guy who got us in our lovely Forester! He was straight forward, helpful, and overall excellent to work with. I love my new car already and it's thanks to them for being patient with me being indecisive. Also thanks to Austin for explaining our payments/warranties amazing! I will come back for my next vehicle!

Huge shout out to Heather and her team at Subaru of Loveland. She above and beyond for for us. My wife is overjoyed for her new 25 Forester. We got an amazing interest rate. Plus a warranty to cover the life of our loan and than some. Such an easy smooth process. We will definitely look to purchase from Heather and team again in the future.
