I saw a car online that I ended up purchasing. From the test drive to the final negotiations, I did not feel pressured into buying. This is important to me because I just feel like that anytime you go to make such a big purchase you need to feel welcomed, informed on the vehicle and above all satisfied with your purchase. Edgar made me feel that way. The test drive went very well and even though my vehicle was used, he made me feel like I was buying a new vehicle. Overall, I wish I could give this dealership a 10 star rating because they certainly deserve it. Thanks for the pleasant by experience. From the finance department to the sales department they succeeded my expectations.

We purchased a car last year at Subaru.We realized that we made a mistake because it ended up being too small. We called our salesman Nick and he told us to go right in to see what he could do for us.He and Josh helped us get into a bigger and more equipped car. They are awesome at Subaru Melbourne. Simply top-notch service every time I go there. My Subaru's main residence is in CT. While the service there is quite good, Subaru of Melbourne always stands out as superior from check-in to check-out. I plan my service here when I can for that reason when I'm a snowbird here Jan-May. Shannon at intake and outflow is a wonderful, positive force who knows what she is doing and sets the mood for the entire wait. I'm sure she gets plenty of support which I appreciate as well. The waiting area is immaculate and well-stocked. Well done to this 5 star service!

They saved my butt, my cars butt actually. My battery died on a long roadtrip from South Carolina and let me tell you Michael and Kyle were kind and attentive. Yes the battery was more than anywhere else money wise and honestly I could've bought it somewhere else but after speaking to both of the gentlemen I realized that I need some peace of mind considering the long drive back home. They are kind and efficient. I would really recommend coming to get your car fixed up here and no where else.
