It’s not often you come across this level of customer service these days. Alyssa Gilbert is by far the best salesperson at Subaru Orillia. If not the best salesperson in the Simcoe county area! She is kind, considerate and thorough. Combined with her can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to make sure every step of the car buying experience is comfortable and seamless. I recommend her all the time! I had a great experience buying my 2023 Subaru Impreza Sport-Tech from Subaru of Orillia. Working with Paul and Chris was awesome. they were always quick and happy to answer any questions I had, and were very knowledgeable, easy to understand, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything super smooth and stress free, explained things clearly, and were very efficient from start to finish. I never felt rushed or confused at any point.
