Subaru of Troy

We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. We were there for a little over 4 hours.... we test drove a couple cars, traded in our Jeep and they had us in our new Forester and out on the road. They handled all of the paperwork, explained what we were reading and signing and we had some great conversations with some pretty cool people. They had a customer waiting area with cold water, hot coffee/hot chocolate and a TV. From start to finish, everything was quick and easy yet, still professional. We will definitely be back in the future. Shout out to Brandon and Carli, they were both absolutely amazing and helped make this whole experience stress free!!

6/8/26 I wanted to thank Mohammed who was my service advisor on June 3 as well as the technician who worked on my Fiat 500 X for the most excellent service I have received in years! I was at my wits end with service at another dealership in Albany when I brought it in for a NYS Inspection & my service engine light was on indicating an oil sensor. After waiting for a month for an appointment at the Albany dealership, they had my car for a day and didn't even look at it. They told me it could be days before they could look at it and longer if it needed parts. I never heard of that. Thankfully, it was recommended that I go to Troy Subaru and somehow Mohammed was able to fit me in at the last minute. He communicated with both me and my husband with multiple updates and a video. By the end of the day my car was fixed, washed and inspected. I was so happy and relieved! When I picked up my car Mohammed walked me to my car. I have finally found a dealership with people like Mohammed and technicians who really know service. I will be visiting them again for sure! Excellent used vehicle purchasing experience. Jimmer and Mark were absolutely wonderful to work with. At no point did I feel like I was being given a sales pitch, just honest conversations. Competitive vehicle pricing, no haggling needed. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Sales dept at Subaru of Troy is excellent. Our salesman Jeff Meadows was a pleasure to work with. He had patience, understanding and willingness to work with me, and to make things happen. Always a smile on his face and a warm welcome. I was very happy with his service. My 3rd Subaru off this lot and my families 6th. Our financial manager Mark Paone was also a great help. His understanding my needs and pushing to make things work. He truly did make my purchase a positive experience. I definitely was treated like family. I will return.
