The dealership receives consistent praise for knowledgeable and attentive sales staff who provide transparent pricing, thorough product explanations, and personalized follow-up service that enhances the overall purchasing experience. However, one customer reported significant concerns about the service department's oil change procedures, alleging multiple instances of overfilled oil that could damage engines if the vehicles were driven.
My husband and I had such an amazing experience here. Our salesperson Mandy was so incredibly sweet, knowledgeable and attentive. I did my research on their website ahead of time so I knew which cars I wanted to test drive. Their website has all the information, Carfax, accurate pictures/descriptions, everything you need to know. The sales manager Dan was awesome and made sure we knew all our sale options before deciding what was right for us. Brad, the Subaru product expert was very thorough and made sure I knew about all the fun features and answered all my questions. The Sales Consultant Avery really knows his stuff! He helped us with all the paperwork and extended warranties. Overall, I had the best experience shopping for a car here than anywhere I've ever gone. I will definitely be getting all of my cars, and husbands, here in the future!
Joe (Gonda) left a great long lasting impression! I rarely check my emails and when I saw the request to rate this experience, I had to rate him a 10. He understood the assignment and got me in a safe and reliable car. Thank you so much, Joe.
Pam was fantastic to work with. She listened and understood our pro/con list and was knowledgeable of the features for the vehicle we selected. Pam kept me in the loop of when the vehicle was arriving and flexible with the purchase appointment. This was greatly appreciated as we were coming from out of the area. Post-purchase, Pam followed up to ensure we didn't have any concerns on how to use features, etc. I'd recommend Pam for my friends/family looking for a Subaru in the near future.
Very good dealer experience purchasing my new to me 2024 Subaru Crosstrek. It took me a few days, phone calls and two dealer visits to make my decision and there was no pressure and the tons of questions I had were answered satisfactorily. Paid a price I am happy with. No hidden fees or charges, just typical sales tax, registration, title, etc. Very transparent with the pricing. Sales guy I had (Avery) was friendly and knowledgeable. Dealt with all my questions. I don’t remember their names but the finance lady was also very helpful explaining terms an warranties and add-ons, etc… Then a really cool thing they do is they have a technician or what not (she was also wonderful) sit in the car with you for like half an hour and show you how every feature works, pair up your phone, etc… so it is all good to go. This is probably especially helpful for the elderly or anyone bad with technology, I am good with technology and this was very helpful for me coming from a 2004 Outback. I have heard horror stories of dealerships and was skeptical but I am very happy to have a new Subaru. Of course I just bought the car so nothing has gone wrong with it but I am sure it will be reliable like any Subaru, and with the warranty I am sure I will be taken care of if anything were to happen.
Subaru of Wyoming Valley has one of the most professional Sales Consultants I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, Eyad. If you are in the market for a Subaru and are in NEPA, then go here and ask for Eyad. He was both helpful and professional. This review is a few months behind as when I was about to make the purchase from the dealership and Eyad, an emergency at home came up while I was at the dealership and temporarily had to miss out on making the purchase due to suddenly needing to make home repairs unexpectedly, so my vehicle budget shrank and I missed out on the vehicle I was about to purchase. However, Eyad is one of the best professional Sales Consultants you will ever meet in your life. Go see him if you need a new or used Subaru in NEPA. Now then, the only reason the dealership gets 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because of their service department. First car I looked at there was overfilled with oil by 4 quarts. Had the engine been started, more than likely it would have been destroyed by driving the vehicle. I informed Eyad of the issue, showed it to him, and he had service push the vehicle to the service department and in the end, they found that it was overfilled with 4 quarts of oil. Next day there, I found another overfilled. Service tech claims this is normal. DEFINITELY NOT! Have visited several other Subaru dealerships and talked with their techs and they said NO, 4.4 quarts of oil is what is to be in 2.5L Subarus and there is not to be anymore than that. So warning: Beware if you take your Subaru here for an oil change. Check it before you start it and drive home.
