I bought an Outback wilderness 2023 at Subaru Repentigny. I had a great customer experience with Jeff and Aimee. They were very attentive to my needs and desire. The car was great, clean and ready for a test drive when I shown up at my appointment. The dealership is clean. I recommend this place.

Had a great experience buying a used vehicle there they made sure everything was in order new rotors and pads , battery,oil change ,new wipers blades and clean up the car No pressure everyone friendly Great team and a special thank to Jeff the salesman Always had meaningless experience at car dealers this one is different

bought a certified used car, unfortunately im very unsatisfied with how it went, the inspection that was done to the vehicle by their tech was beyond wrong , took some measurement myself and they were way off the report that was given to me, components were used way more than it was stated.Nothing they can do as tech inspection is right and obviously im wrong as well as it was still in the ¨serviceable limits¨ so there is that. Also somehow tech lost the special socket to unlock the locknuts after his inspection, I then ask them if i can have one back or have it replaced. They said i had to buy a completely new set on my own ..I was livid when i was given this answer. Cant even replace a wheel if i have a flat tire now after buying a 50k $ vehicle... insane! Not my 1st subaru, not my 1st dealership but this one definitely was my worst experience by far out of all those i went to. im sorry but im disappointed, i could let go the 1st part but the locknut socket was just too much for me at this point. I just cant recommend this place

Buying a car is very stressful. Subaru Repentigny has changed my negative perception of dealerships and made my experience a pleasant one for someone who hates shopping for a car. Unlike some big brand dealerships Ive visited, great service from a friendly knowledgeable team. Felix Lebel is a real diamond (goes the extra mile to offer exceptional service!): -Friendly and dynamic young man. A genuine person. Treats clients with respect (ive seen him interact with other clients, same great attitude after sale) -Knowledgeable in new cars as well as used cars. -Super patient, answered all my questions. If he wasn't sure, he would search for the right information. -Even stayed past closing hours. Allowed us to test drive different cars for comparison, we were even allowed to see the car who was on the lift in the garage. Good followup on the inspection and nick and picks. -Transparent throughout the process, no pressure to buy or upsale unnecessary options. -Helpful, really listened to my needs and helped look up the different options. - Had a follow up call a week after car delivery. It was an agreeable surprise and he was able to help with some questions I had (features configurations ) Easier and faster than me looking up on youtube! Keep up the great job Felix! -Special thanks to Ariane for delivery and crash course on the different features -Thank you Renaud of finances for your contagious good mood and your knowledge. And no hard selling. I highly recommend Subaru Repentigny if you are looking for a Subaru. I'm a very happy customer and probably become a converted Subaru loyal after I've made some mileage. PS : it can be a challenge getting to the place with google GPS, you have to set the destination to their neighbour. I commented on this to the dealership and they tried to up with many solutions but it's really the city bylaws.
