Subaru Sherbrooke

Worst experience possible. Went there because the TCV broke on my 2021 subaru legacy. Looked online and saw that their was a problem with my model and called for it to be replaced. On the phone they suggested nut blasting my valve intake. They told me " Hey, since we are basically removing your engine we can nut blast your intake its gonna be cheaper since we already removed the engine." I was like sure thing, that bad boy cost me 500$(sheesh). Right after that, I start smelling coolant in my car every time I use it (smelled extremely strong). Me thinking since they played with the engine, some residual liquids from when the repair was made are burning and its gonna go away. A week pass, it still smells a lot. I call them, they give me an appointment. They look at the car and see that a gasket was not replaced correctly and that my water pump was leaking. Someone then calls me saying that they will fix the gasket but seems to insinuate that the problem comes from the pump (that had no issue before). Total 1 102,27$. In the end, for a free warranty repair I got out of there with over 1 500$ in repairs. And hopefully, this time, everything rebuilt correctly. A total joke.

The service at Subaru Sherbrooke is exceptional. I was vacationing from Ontario and my engine light came on while travelling. I called the dealership and, recognising the situation I was in, they were able to fit me in on the same day. David T. shepherded my vehicle through the system, kept me updated regularly and I was on my way at the end of the day. The facility is great for waiting customers, the coffee good and the staff friendly. If I didn't live 4 hours away, I would bring my vehicle to this dealership. Thanks to David and the team for their help in my time of need!

We went in yesterday, my daughter and I, since we are both shopping for new cars. It seemed quiet, we saw a few of the staff looking at us briefly, but no one came to greet us. In the end we just left. We are both interested in Subaru but I would not, ever go back there. Very disappointed

After a flat tire half way through our 8 hour road trip, and trying 5 other garages who were too busy to take us in, we called Subaru Sherbrooke and thankfully were connected to Veronique. She had us in immediately, gave us multiple options for tire replacements, and we were back on the road in under 2 hours. Exceptional customer service, we so appreciate her understanding and ability to help us. Thank you to Veronique!

I travelled all the way from Toronto just to be sold a Subaru wrx with corroded brakes.(didn’t find out until after) I was told it was a certified pre owned vehicle. When I told them about it, Mathew Medina denied everything. Would Definitely not recommend shopping here
