I had an excellent experience with the Subaru Superstore of Chandler, and I absolutely love my new Forester Wilderness. I worked with Max Cole, who was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, approachable, and patient. Brandon Witz took me through the finance process and helped me to make informed decisions, and Thomas Darby was very helpful with my follow-up questions. Lastly, I want to give a shoutout to Darren with the Love Encore program. I thoroughly enjoyed my call with him. He was so patient and friendly as he explained the different features of my Forester, and he made me laugh several times. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Subaru!

I just bought my second Subaru Outback from the Subaru Superstore in Chandler, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The level of service here is so far beyond what you’d normally expect from a dealership. Every single person I’ve interacted with has been incredible. From Fernando staying super late to make sure I got my car the day I needed it, to Max helping my friend find her car, to Darien in service, Brian in finance making everything seamless, and even Rob, the GM, coming out to personally introduce himself—it truly made the whole experience special. I came back for my second Subaru because I love the car, but even more because of the people and the sense of community at this store. Likely the best sales experience I've had, in any capacity. Stopped in briefly a few days prior to my purchase, just to view a couple vehicles, and had a genuine, informative conversation on the vehicles I was interested in with no sales antics pushed on me. Drew up a brief summary of purchase prices, and I went on my way. Decided a few days later to purchase a vehicle from this company, and so happy that I did. The majority of my interactions were with Max, who was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle and products involved, answered every question with ease, and had a very personable and wonderful attitude. Their Sales Manager Jack even came out to introduce himself, and resolved any minor issues that arose with care and easy resolution. He continued to be involved in the process to help in any way that he could and made sure to address any concerns I may have (which were none). Also, I worked with Brandon on the Finance portion, who was quick, precise and made the process easy to understand. Not being fluent in understanding loans, warranties, etc., Brandon answered all questions and explained in great detail which was much appreciated. Gave thorough breakdowns and helped me decide the best path financially. Would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this company not only because it's a great car (2026 Forester Wilderness) but because of how wonderful the people they hire are. For once buying a car was exactly what it should be; fun and exciting. Hats off to the group that facilitated the purchase of my vehicle and creating such a great impression.

Best experience we’ve ever had buying a new vehicle! Max, our sales associate, was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Our experience was Amazing! I definitely would recommend Subaru superstore in Chandler! No pressure sales approach of any kind! Ask for Max you will not be disappointed!

Went in for a check engine light, Karisa Wright was my service advisor and was a huge help along the way and extremely nice, communicative and informative! My issue was covered by Subaru in the end which of course is always great! They send you a video of your car from underneath and then the engine bay as well and tell you everything about your car and its current state and potent maintenance for the future which is super awesome and puts your mind at ease. Would definitely take my car here for any future Subaru service needs, wouldn’t even think about another Subaru dealership honestly, there’s no way they could possibly get close to how well the superstore handles things. Thank you guys so much, got my car back right before a long holiday weekend.
