I purchased my first brand-new car here in February, and as intimidating as that was, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The process was smooth and surprisingly quick. Since then, I’ve been back for my 6,000 mile maintenance appointment, and that experience was just as great. I decided to wait, and they had my car ready before I knew it. The staff here is amazing and I’m very happy with my purchase and my decision to join the Subaru fam! ❤️

I purchased my first vehicle from Subaru Superstore of Surprise back in 2018, and it remains one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. After my previous car suffered an engine failure, I was looking for a reliable replacement and found a 2013 Hyundai Azera with very low mileage. The dealership was asking around $21,000, but I had a firm budget of $17,000 out the door. While we didn't reach an agreement initially, the team stayed in touch, continued working with me, and ultimately honored the deal at exactly $17,000 OTD. What impressed me most was how professional, respectful, and helpful the salesperson was throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured, and they made me feel like a valued customer. They listened, understood my situation, and worked hard to earn my business. That Azera turned out to be a fantastic car, and I have very positive memories of buying it from Subaru Superstore of Surprise. Even years later, I still remember the experience and appreciate how well I was treated. Thank you for helping make my first car purchase such a positive one.

Absolutely incredible experience buying a car with Subaru Superstore of Surprise. I came in to check out a Nissan they had available and Ronnie was quick to assist me with checking out the car and taking it for a test drive. He and everyone else were very friendly. There is no pressure to buy here if you come to look. They don’t hassle you to make a deal nor do they try to sell you cars you aren’t there to look at. It’s very to the point and a very comfortable experience. I had such a poor experience at other dealerships in the valley that I didn’t even want to go look for a car. Ronnie made sure my experience was nothing like those other dealerships. I left 100% happy with my Nissan Kicks. Stephen and Todd in finance were also just as pleasant to work with!

Took my WRX for a diagnostic for tpms light and was told everything else was great with the car. When I got in the SRS light came on. Probably from the inspection, moving the seats or something. When I called them to let them know, they said nothing from the inspection would have done that. Won't be taking my car there again. Prefer to take my car somewhere I will get it back without more issues. I wanted to follow up on my previous review. While my first visit wasn't ideal, the team at Subaru completely turned the experience around today. They were professional, attentive, and made sure all the technical issues were resolved to my satisfaction. The level of courtesy shown during this follow-up visit was top-notch. It’s clear they value their customers. 5- Star.
