Kind, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable (without being pressure-some), Nick went above and beyond in all aspects of our experience to ensure that we felt comfortable and confident with our 2026 Forester. We could not recommend him more highly! This is our second Subaru from this dealership, and every experience (including all service) has been incredibly positive. The staff and administration are always informative, friendly, and pleasant to work with, and clearly take special pride in customer satisfaction. I had a great experience at Subaru Windsor. My salesman, Shane was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and was super friendly and easy to work with. All of the staff were very friendly throughout the whole process. Jodi did a great job with the paperwork explaining everything so that I could understand. He took the time to listen to my preferences and adjusted the alignment accordingly, paying close attention to every detail. The car now drives perfectly, tracks straight, and feels great on the road. It’s clear that Habib takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.
